At Try Karte Hai, we offer a simple 7-day return & refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible IF:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Quality issue

  • Item unused, unwashed & in original condition

2. Items NOT Eligible

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Damage caused by customer

  • Accessories with hygiene risk

3. Return Process

  2. Attach images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify within 24–48 hours

  4. Pickup is arranged by our courier partner

  5. Refund/replacement processed after inspection

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund Mode: Original Payment Method / UPI

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days after product pickup

5. COD Orders

Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI
